Make sure your phone's camera is focused and the QR code on the card is well-lit without any glare. Try holding your phone about 6–8 inches away from the card. If you're using an iPhone, the built-in camera app scans QR codes automatically. On Android, try Google Lens or your default camera app. If the issue persists, try restarting your camera app.

Make sure your phone's volume is turned up and not on silent mode. Tap the play button on the audio player and wait a moment for it to load. If you're on a slow connection, the audio may take a few seconds to buffer. For the best experience, we recommend using headphones. If audio still doesn't play, try refreshing the page or opening it in a different browser.

Double-check that you're entering the same email address you used when creating your account. Passwords are case-sensitive, so verify your caps lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Scan the QR code on any card to open its affirmation. Read the affirmation, listen to the guided audio, and then complete the daily Karma Action at the bottom of the page. When you're ready, tap "I Pledge" to mark it complete. You can go through the 56 cards in any order — each one is a step forward in your journey.

Yes! You can scan any card and access its affirmation without signing in. However, creating a free account gives you a personalized experience with your name on the card and audio section, making the journey feel more personal and meaningful.
